The location is superb, very close to downtown, but not inside so transportation is very easy. The breakfast is also very good, many different options, so everyone was satisfied. The staff is kind and the view from both our rooms was fantastic (the black forest in one of them, downtown from the other).

In the midst of the city center and 15 min to walk from train station. So we just walked with our suitcases from train station to the hotel. Very quiet around hotel

Location was excellent - perfect even - right in the middle of the old town center breakfast was rich enough for everyone to enjoy rooms were perfectly clean atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing could sleep up to 3 people in one room if needed(single sofa bed) or 2 adults and 2 toddlers if 1 adult sleeps on the sofa bed

The hotel is located in an excellent area. Parking under the hotel is relatively expensive, but very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Clean rooms and very pleasant staff. The view of the mountains is magical. The only drawback we encountered is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

The location was excellent and rooms were less dated than I had expected which was a pleasant surprise. There was also a 2nd inner door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom/entrance which helped greatly with soundproofing. Easy access to parking, located in a public garage underneath the hotel.

- Stuff at the reception is very friendly and helpful - Location is great - train station and city center is in 10-15 minutes of relaxing walk distance, there is also a big parking lot just in the hotel's underground - Rooms are quite spacious and clean - Wi-fi is so far the best from all hotels we've ever been

Position fantastic, 3 min. walking from the cathedral. Parcking is a public cover parking not from the hotel but in the same building.

Clean comfortable room near the muenster. Comfortable bed. They kept our bikes safe in a room behind the reception desk and held our luggage when we arrived early Tea and instant coffee available in our room.

The Room, the bed, and the bathroom with a magnificent walk-in shower were next to none. Absolute brilliant.

The picture above is an exact representation of our 6th floor room. Everything that we needed was available, and we enjoyed the view of the Schlossberg. The location, in the centre of the city, greatly added to our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
